Farah Khan writes to DG ACE on allotment of plotsSEXI News


ISLAMABAD: Farah Khan, a close friend of former first lady Bushra Bibi, has filed an application with the Director General of Anti-Corruption (DG), contending that matters relating to allotment of plots do not fall under the jurisdiction of the anti-corruption establishment. (ACE), ARY News reported on Wednesday.

According to the information, Farah Khan alias Gogi has filed an application with DG Anti Corruption through her lawyer Azhar Siddiqui on the issue of cases registered against her.

In the application, Farah Khan alleged that she was being harassed politically, adding that ACE has not provided copies of the cases registered against her. “ACE should withdraw the cases or approach the High Court,” she said.

The application stated that the plot was bought by paying more than the market rate legally. ,[PML-N leader] ayaz sadiq Also bought a plot in Fedmac and paid less amount. Anti-corruption has no authority to investigate this matter.”

Earlier in July, it was reported that Farah Khan has started preparing to file a case against Pakistan Muslim League Nawaz (PML-N) leaders Ataullah Tarar and Malik Ahmed Khan.

Farah Khan’s lawyer has started preparing to file a suit seeking legal action against Punjab Home Minister Ataullah Tarar and Law Minister Malik Ahmed Khan.

Azhar Siddiqui Advocate said that a defamation case is being registered against Ataullah Tarar. He said that the said plot was bought by his client after fulfilling all the legal requirements while the said company was registered with the Securities Exchange Commission (SECP) of Pakistan.
