Indian company announces 11 days mental health leave for employees
One e-commerce platform In India 11-day announced mental health Away from work company-wide for the second year in a row.
The initiative is called “Reset and Recharge Break”, where the company asks Meesho employees to “completely unplug from work” so that they can focus on their mental wellbeing.
The founder and CTO took to Twitter to make the announcement where he highlighted the importance of work-life balance.

The holidays start from 22 October to 01 November.
Earlier, the company announced a workplace model where employees can get infinite mental health leave, 30-week gender-neutral parental leave as well as 30-day gender reassignment leave. ndtv,
