JSMU students harass professor over ‘harassment’SEXI News

KARACHI: Students of Jinnah Sindh Medical University, formerly known as Sindh Medical College, harassed a professor over allegations of sexual harassment, ARY News reported on Friday.

In a video available with ARY News, it can be seen that the students were thrashing a JSMU professor for harassing the girl students of the medical university.

The administration of Jinnah Sindh Medical University has started investigation into the matter.

It should be mentioned here that this is not the first time that students have accused professors of sexual harassment in varieties.

In one such incident, a medical student, Parveen Rind, had leveled allegations of sexual harassment and torture against the director of the People’s University, Ghulam Mustafa Rajput, for refusing his instructions. She had alleged that she was harassed and sexually harassed by Rajput for four consecutive years.

Parveen Baloch had also claimed that Fareen Atika, a hostel warden, strangled her after torturing her inside a room, as well as snatching her mobile when he tried to escape from the room.
