In the program at Gorakhnath temple, the Chief Minister met more than 250 citizens on issues related to justice, problem solving and medical facilities.

Uttar Pradesh Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath on Friday performed ‘Janata Darshan’ in Gorakhpur and asked people not to panic as “his government was there” to resolve all issues.

In the program at Gorakhnath temple, the Chief Minister met more than 250 citizens on issues related to justice, problem solving and medical facilities. He said, “Don’t panic, I am not.”

People applied to CM. Following this, the CM directed the officials to handle the issues thoroughly and satisfactorily and assured those undergoing treatment for serious ailments that no one would have to care for the paucity of funds.

One by one, Yogi contacted patients sitting on chairs outside Digvijaynath Smriti Bhavan.

The Senior Superintendent of Police (SSP) was given matters related to police, while the District Magistrate was given matters related to revenue and other issues. The CM gave the applications of the complainants from other districts to the Additional Director General (ADG) and the Commissioner. The CM gave special orders to the officers to ensure action against the criminals and mafia found guilty. CM Yogi said, in this situation any kind of misbehavior will not be tolerated.

People who came to seek financial assistance for the treatment of serious diseases were asked to prepare an estimate and give it to the administration. The government will provide adequate funds for the treatment, he assured.

He directed the officials to complete the formalities at the earliest, so that the medical care is not hampered due to paucity of funds.

Women from minority community also participated in the programme.

A woman told about the falling of a tiled house in the rain. The Chief Minister directed the officers to make a plan to provide housing according to the eligibility.
